Dynamic is built for bodies that store stress faster than they release it. The first stages look like chaos on purpose; the stillness at the end lands differently if you do not skip the noisy part. Music timing matters—use official recordings when you can so you are not guessing lengths. First-timers should prefer a group with someone who has led it before; the instructions are simple, the inner resistance is not.
