Nadabrahma Meditation — music

Humming as vibration; outward circles, then inversion, then silence.

Humming turns the skull into a resonator; outward and inward circles give the mind something physical to ride instead of narrating. The silence at the close is part of the technique, not an add-on. Gentle volume beats heroic volume—sustain beats strain.
