Whirling Meditation — music

Sufi whirl: one foot anchored, body as prayer in motion, then rest.

One foot grounded like a nail, arms open, whirl until thought thins. Stop on the bell, belly to earth, and do not skip the silent follow-through. Contraindications for some inner-ear and blood-pressure situations—ask a clinician if unsure.
