Kundalini Meditation — music

Evening shaking and dance settling into witnessing and rest.

Evening practice: shake, dance, then sit and finally lie down. The arc moves from discharge to watching. Osho framed it for people who sit all day in chairs and think they can ‘think’ their way calm. If you have joint issues, adapt the shake with medical sense; the spirit of the stage is vibration, not self-injury.
